CHA Strategic Plan

In 2025, the Century House Association executive created a Strategic Plan to guide the Association’s decisions over the next five years. We worked with facilitator Andrea Reimer of Tawaw Strategies.

Note that this plan just gives us a good foundation for working with our members to create actions and frameworks that will bring the plan to life. There will be many opportunities for CHA members to play a part in this.

The consultation and engagement processes used are documented in the plan, below.

As of spring 2026, we have formed an organizing committee and started work on the Emerging Actions defined in the Plan, particularly Benchmarking, Financial, and Trust.
