In 2025, the Century House Association executive created a Strategic Plan to guide the Association’s decisions over the next five years. We worked with facilitator Andrea Reimer of Tawaw Strategies.
Note that this plan just gives us a good foundation for working with our members to create actions and frameworks that will bring the plan to life. There will be many opportunities for CHA members to play a part in this.
The consultation and engagement processes used are documented in the plan, below. Over time, we’ll add details.
